General Terms
AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND cabinatry4less - PLEASE READ
The terms and conditions set forth below (the "Terms") govern your use of this website (www.cabinatry4less.com) on the World Wide Web (the "Site") and are legally binding on you. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, including those related to the purchase of cabinets, countertops, and related materials, do not access or otherwise use this Site or any information contained on the Site. Your use of the Site shall be deemed to be your agreement to abide by each of the Terms set forth below.
cabinatry4less ("we", "us", "our") provides users, customers, and visitors with access to our content, resources, e-commerce platforms, and other services through our network of websites and related services (the "Service"). We provide the Service subject to these Terms of Service.
These Terms supersede any information provided by a cabinatry4less team member, verbally or in writing, or any assurances made by third parties such as shipping companies or countertop fabricators/installers unless approved in writing by cabinatry4less management.
This Site and our Services are only available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who live in the United States. If you are younger than 18 years old and/or live outside of the United States, please leave this Site or understand that we ship only within the United States and it is your responsibility to arrange any onward shipping outside of the country.
Disputes pertaining to this Site and our Services are determined by arbitration. Please see the arbitration and class action waiver provisions below.
Modification of Terms and Service
We reserve the right to change any of the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Services are offered. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms, including changes or modifications incorporated by us from time to time. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your agreement to all such Terms and notices.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service, or any part of the Service, with or without notice at any time. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the Service. In some instances, modification or discontinuance of the Service may be due to unavailability of outside supplies.
Taxes, Timing, and Delays
We will automatically charge and withhold applicable sales tax for orders. Tax exempt customers who provide appropriate verification are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. Tax exemption or resale certificates should be sent to customer service at customerservice@cabinatry4less.com.
All cabinetry, countertops, and related products are sourced from various third-party companies and locations. Unless otherwise indicated, we cannot guarantee the timing of shipments and arrivals of ordered products and are not responsible for any impact caused by delays or issues with one set of items that may affect timing and completion of another set.
Timing and delays of orders do not provide additional rights for the purchaser to cancel, modify, or return an order except as expressly stated in these Terms.
Terms Related to Cabinet Orders
All sales are final. Checkout requirements state that you must review your order for accuracy and verify that you understand that if you have selected cabinets sold as RTA (Ready To Assemble), they will be shipped unassembled and all part numbers reflect the part intended for purchase.
Only cabinets and other products having any three-letter code starting with "W" or any four-letter code in the SKU name after the hyphen are assembled. All other items are unassembled unless otherwise noted. Cabinet style names are marketing names used by cabinatry4less. Shipping boxes may have other style names assigned by the manufacturer.
We strongly urge ordering sample materials. Color variations occur between monitors, settings, and lighting conditions. Images on our website cannot be relied on as an accurate color representation for purchasing decisions. We strongly urge ordering door samples before placing an order for cabinets to verify appearance in the local lighting conditions where cabinets will be installed.
If you purchase full cabinetry from us, the amount paid for up to 3 samples can be applied toward the cost of each order. You can also return an unlimited number of samples in original condition for a refund of the sample price paid. Arranging and paying for return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and the refund applies only to the price of the samples, not shipping costs.
You must have the necessary knowledge and information to make a purchase on the Site and must review the specifications of each item and verify applicability for your needs and intended use. We recommend hiring a professional to confirm the dimensions of the cabinetry you are ordering. Designs provided by cabinatry4less are intended to support discussion and visualization only. We do not guarantee that any quote or order corresponds to any design provided prior to the order. We will ship what you order.
You are responsible for ensuring that cabinet or countertop design and placement meets local and state code requirements and for obtaining any necessary permits. cabinatry4less disclaims responsibility and shall not be liable for code and permitting compliance.
Cancellation of Cabinet Orders
Cancellation of orders that can be cancelled before picking of the order, including non-payment of promised orders such as wire transfer sales, will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Cancellation of orders that can be cancelled after the order has been picked and/or shipped will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus any freight cost to return item(s) to the warehouse.
The majority of assembled cabinets are assembled to order. Orders for assembled cabinets and any made-to-order products, including cabinets and other products having any three-letter code after the hyphen starting with "C" or an item called "Custom Modification Fee", cannot be cancelled and full payment is due even if the order is cancelled or the shipment is refused.
Delivery Claims
Any reported deficiency in products apparent upon delivery, including after opening the packaging, shall be considered a delivery claim.
We will replace products or parts that are damaged in shipping or defective due to manufacturing or workmanship issues for five (5) days from the date of receipt. Fulfillment mistakes that result in incorrect or missing products must be reported within 5 days from receipt.
Do not refuse shipments. Damaged products due to shipping will be handled through our claims process and are not the responsibility of the shipping company. Visible damage at time of receipt must be noted on the Bill of Lading and signed by the driver, who should issue an exception number. Please take pictures as soon as possible, preferably before the pallet is unloaded.
Pictures are required before a replacement is issued. Pictures can be sent to customerservice@cabinatry4less.com. Submit claims through the claim form or account area if available. One damage claim per shipment will be accepted, so inspect all shipped items before filing a claim.
Claims cannot be honored for cabinets already assembled by you. Claims may be filed on replacement items. We do not provide financial compensation, including partial or full refunds, to remedy any claim, delay, or concern. Claims are addressed through replacement parts or other remedies outlined in these Terms.
Shipping damage visible from outside packaging must be reported within 5 days from receipt. Concealed damage and defects must be reported within 30 days from receipt. Missing items, including full cabinets or parts such as hinges, screws, and brackets, must be reported within 5 days from receipt.
Non-visible parts of cabinets and trim, including backs of cabinets, molding, toe kicks, and insides of doors, may not be finished to perfection and are not considered damaged merely because they have different finishes.
Replacement parts and cabinets may take as long as a new order. We cannot commit to a specific replacement date when warehouses do not have replacements in stock.
Returns
No returns on orders or items more than 30 days from the time of receipt. All returns must be authorized by cabinatry4less before return shipment. For authorization, send an email request to customerservice@cabinatry4less.com.
All items must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. There are no returns on assembled cabinets, modified cabinets, hoods, trims, moldings, fillers, panels, or accessories such as trash pull outs, spice pull outs, glide upgrades, and similar items.
You are responsible for the cost of all return shipments. Credit will be issued after returned items have arrived at the warehouse and have been inspected. Any returned product deemed unsellable will not receive credit.
The cancellation and return policies are the same regardless of reason. The claims process is focused on replacement parts when applicable. Returns require applicable shipping, restocking, or cancellation fees and have time limitations.
Customer Responsibility
Customer is responsible for inspecting all items at delivery to ensure no noticeable damage and that all items ordered were received. We will not be held liable if you sign for your order without noting missing or damaged pieces. You are responsible for re-ordering missing pieces if you fail to inspect and report properly.
Customer is responsible for assembly and installation of cabinets. Except for pre-assembled goods ordered as such, cabinatry4less is not responsible for any costs incurred to assemble or install cabinets. Assembly videos are general guidance and may not apply to every specific cabinet style. Consult a professional installer before installation.
Customer is responsible for coordinating work with outside vendors and understands there may be delays. We are not responsible for project delays, back charges, or additional costs associated with back orders, damage claims, schedule delays, independent contractors, installation, or related work.
Customer is responsible for ensuring accessibility for the shipping company and availability to accept shipment. Limited access, dead-end streets, narrow entries, rural locations, gated communities, private drives, or other conditions may result in additional charges or require terminal pickup or final mile delivery.
If a shipping company will not complete delivery because of access issues, you may not reject the order and will be responsible for return fees and restocking if you cancel or return the order.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Depending on product availability and shipping schedules, product may not ship for several weeks or months after an order has been placed.
All shipping times are estimates. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive because we rely on third-party shipping companies. Any shipping or transit time provided by us or other parties should be treated as an estimate only. Orders may arrive earlier or later than the estimated delivery date.
We contract delivery companies to call the telephone number you provide before delivery and provide an estimated delivery time. You are required to be available that day and to cooperate in scheduling and receipt of the order. If the delivery company or cabinatry4less cannot reach you after two or more attempts, this may be treated as refusal to accept delivery and return of the order to the warehouse.
Out-of-stock products may delay order fulfillment even if the website has not been updated to show that the product is out of stock. If a product is on back order and was not shown on the website at the time of order, you may be given options to replace items, ship what is available first, or wait for remaining items subject to shipping cost disclosures.
Shipments over 50 lbs arrive by pallet and semi-trailer. The driver is only responsible for lowering the pallet to the ground at the curb for residential delivery service. It is your responsibility to move or unload the pallet from that point. Shipping companies will not unload the pallet for the customer.
Due to damage risks, orders over 50 lbs or large materials such as refrigerator panels or finished plywood must ship via freight service. No changes can be made to shipment type or address after the order has been placed.
Free shipping, when offered, applies only as stated at checkout and to eligible shipments in the contiguous 48 states. Limited-access surcharges or special delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not ship cabinet orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations unless otherwise arranged. Door sample orders may have separate shipping availability.
Please verify the delivery address and address type before completing your order. One delivery attempt will be made. If a delivery appointment is missed, the order may be returned to the warehouse and applicable return fees will apply. A business located in a residential neighborhood is considered residential.
Shipping disclaimer: cabinatry4less is not responsible for missed appointments, delivery delays, additional costs, or inconvenience caused by third-party shipping companies. Claims for damage or injury caused by shipping companies while delivering goods should be directed to the shipping company or third-party contractor.
5-Year Warranty on Residential Cabinetry
cabinatry4less warrants to the original purchaser that cabinetry, door hinges, and drawer glides will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for five (5) years from purchase date. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty is not transferable and applies only to products used for residential purposes.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage or defects caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, lack of necessary maintenance, alteration, modification, improper installation, improper handling or storage, environmental conditions, or labor expenses.
This warranty does not cover replacement of entire cabinetry. It covers defective parts. At our option, we may repair or replace with a functionally equivalent part any product part covered by this warranty. Some replacement parts are subject to availability and may differ from original parts received. Return of a defective part may be required.
Natural wood variation in color and grain pattern is not considered an imperfection. Environmental factors including artificial or natural light, moisture, cleaners, smoke, and similar conditions may cause darkening or mellowing over time. This warranty does not cover natural aging or inherent wood characteristics.
Glazed finishes may have hand-applied variations, random drips, runs, and color differences from door to door or cabinet to cabinet. Painted surfaces may show fractures at joints because wood expands and contracts with climate conditions. These are not considered defects.
This warranty is valid only in the United States of America. To exercise this warranty, contact customer service at customerservice@cabinatry4less.com.
Terms Related to Countertop Orders
All countertop sales are final, subject to the cancellation and refund policy below. All price quotes are valid for 90 days.
We strongly urge ordering sample materials before placing a countertop order. Product samples and slabs may vary from the actual installed surface. Natural materials inherently vary in color, shape, size, veining, movement, and distribution within each slab. Samples are general indications only.
Payments and pricing are based on measurements provided by the customer and countertop edge cutouts selected prior to order. If actual surface size, edge cutouts, or other changes increase cost at templating, the price difference is due before fabrication and installation can be completed. If payment is not made within a week of templating, we may consider the order cancelled and refund the purchase price less applicable cancellation fees.
You must review countertop specifications and verify applicability for your needs and intended use. If you do not use our installation services, we recommend hiring a professional to confirm the dimensions of the countertop you are ordering.
Countertop cancellation on or before template date: 90% refund. Countertop cancellation after templating but before fabrication is completed: 50% refund. Countertop cancellation after completed fabrication but prior to installation: 15% refund. No returns or refunds on installed countertops.
Customer is responsible for coordinating outside vendors, ensuring accessibility for delivery and installation, and thoroughly inspecting the product upon receipt and before permanent installation.
Template and Installation Matters
Templating can generally be scheduled within approximately two (2) weeks from placing a countertop order. All timeframes are estimates. Do not schedule templating until all cabinetry, other than cabinetry resting on top of countertops, is installed and appliance measurements are known.
All required products and information, including sink selection, cooktop/range, or other cut-out items, must be available at template. Missing information may require rescheduling, delay fabrication and installation, and result in additional charges.
Countertops are generally installed within 14 business days from template provided all required information and products are available. Installation times can be extended during periods of high volume.
Template and installation work will be completed during regular business hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The customer or a dedicated decision maker 18 years or older must be present at all times during template and installation.
Cabinets must be plumb, level, square, structurally sound, and secured to walls and/or floor. All cabinetry and end panels must be completely and permanently installed before field templating. Cabinets resting on top of countertops must be installed after countertop installation.
Seam placement is at the discretion of the certified fabricator/installer. Quartz, granite, and solid surface countertops may have visible seams. Dark countertop colors require more maintenance and cleaning and may show dirt, dust, fingerprints, scratches, and watermarks more easily than lighter patterns.
Incidental damage may occur during tear-out or installation, including scrapes, punctures, dings, or scratches to wall surfaces or cabinetry. These items are the customer responsibility to repair. Installation is a construction process, and residual dust should be expected.
Please remove personal items from countertops and lower cabinets before tear-out or installation. Consult licensed electricians or plumbers before installation if electrical or plumbing work is needed. Sinks and appliances may be temporarily out of service after installation.
Field work, such as trimming countertops for best fit, may be performed outdoors. Inclement weather or lack of a covered work area may require rescheduling.
Third-party countertop installers perform services in accordance with applicable state and local requirements. As third-party contractors, they are responsible for their behavior and services, but we ask that you inform us of any issues so we may address them with the third party.
Countertop Warranty Statements
cabinatry4less guarantees that installation of goods shall be free from defects in workmanship for one (1) year from date of completion. Warranty claims must be directed with supporting pictures and notes by filing a claim through the website or emailing customerservice@cabinatry4less.com. One claim per order will be accepted unless prior approval is provided.
Quartz residential warranty: we provide a lifetime limited warranty that quartz countertop surfacing product will be free from manufacturing defects under normal use and service. This non-transferable warranty covers the product only and is extended solely to the original purchaser/homeowner of the product who resides in and owns the home in which the product was originally installed by a certified fabricator/installer and maintained according to care guidelines.
Granite residential warranty: granite treated with approved sealant may be covered by a lifetime limited warranty against stains or spills from foods and beverages under normal use and service. This non-transferable warranty covers the product only and is extended solely to the original purchaser/homeowner of the product who resides in and owns the home in which the product was originally installed by a certified fabricator/installer and maintained according to care guidelines.
Product failures due to manufacturing defects may be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Whether repaired or replaced, an exact color match cannot be guaranteed. The customer sole and exclusive remedy shall be repair or replacement of the defective product section at our option.
Warranty service requires that the product was fabricated and installed by a recommended certified fabricator/installer, maintained according to applicable care guidelines, paid in full, and installed in an interior residential installation within the United States.

No other warranties, express or implied, are made, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Except as provided herein, cabinatry4less is not liable in tort or contract for direct, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the product. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or incidental or consequential damages, so some limitations may not apply.
We do not provide financial compensation, including partial or full refunds, to remedy any claim, delay, or concern. Claims are addressed as outlined in these Terms.

How we agree to resolve disputes - mandatory arbitration of all claims and disputes: this section provides important information about binding arbitration. Unless you opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing customerservice@cabinatry4less.com within 30 days of first placing an order, you and cabinatry4less shall be bound by this agreement to arbitrate any claims and give up all rights to seek relief in courts except as provided to enforce an arbitration award.
This Agreement also precludes card disputes and efforts to charge back sums paid to cabinatry4less. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable conflict of law provisions. In the event of any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the parties agree to resolve all issues solely through binding arbitration governed by the rules of the American Arbitration Association pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act.

Payment of filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by AAA rules. If a party fails to proceed with arbitration, unsuccessfully challenges the award, or fails to comply with the award, the other party shall be entitled to costs of suit, including reasonable attorney fees, for compelling arbitration or defending or enforcing the award.
